Ed Friedrich, of the Kitsap Sun, conducted a phone interview with Bill Scheidler for a story published about the 26th District legislative race. However what was discussed and what was published was intentionally edited so as to paint Scheidler in an extreme position on McCleary. While it is true that Scheidler called the McCleary decision ‘unconstitutional’ the REASONS for this view were deliberately omitted. Scheidler contends that the Sun is manipulating information to steer voters away from Scheidler.
Scheidler said he laid a factual and legal foundation supporting his position on McClearly that began with the credibility of Washington’s Supreme Court itself.
Scheidler said this about Washington’s highest court in which the court states,
“In this state, prosecutors are accorded absolute immunity” .. “Allegations of conspiracy between judge and prosecutor to predetermine the outcome of a judicial proceeding are insufficient to overcome those immunities. “
If “perjury and conspiracies” characterize our “judicial branch” then what confidence should we have in Supreme Court opinions such as McCleary on school funding or on Charter Schools?
Scheidler then provided an email he sent to Ed Friedrich asking him to publish his comments about the deceptive article. We’ll see if the Kitsap Sun tells the whole truth and nothing but the truth!

Friedrich, Edward (email@example.com)
Now I know why Trump feels the way he does about the media.
When I say something I always back it up with fact or law. My comments about McCleary were based in law … in law we have two constitutional educational systems: Article 9 schools and Article 13 Schools. The McCleary decision fails to separate out these two constitutional institutions and their respective objective, nor does the McClearly decision address the “sectarian control”, exercised by the schools’ employee unions that is PROHIBITED under Article 9 schools.
I hope you will, at the minimum, post my response in the comments section to the article you published.
